Can I download online videos to my own device(s)?
No, downloading the videos is not allowed for security reasons; but you can download class materials in PDF version.
What is the spoken language during online classes?
The instructor speaks English during online classes. However, all of our online classes originally have English and Turkish subtitles which are prepared by highly professional Netflix translators.
Which subtitle options are available in online classes?
All of our online classes originally have English and Turkish subtitles which are prepared by highly professional Netflix translators. Each class may have additional subtitle options as well. It is necessary to view each online class web-page individually to review its subtitle options.
How can I turn on subtitles?
Click on the “CC” button at the right side of the video playing bar and choose the subtitle language from the appearing menu.
How can I make the payment?
You can make the payment via Visa, MasterCard and credit/debit cards.
Can I make payment in a different currency other than USD or TL (Turkish Lira)?
Currently, we only support USD and TL but we may add more currencies in the future.

How can I buy an online course?

What can I do if I am having issues watching/viewing my online class?
Here are few things to try if you are having issues watching the online class:
1. Ensure that you have secure Internet connection and then click your browser ‘Refresh button’.
2. Try watching the online class on a different web browser. For instance, if you were logged on with Safari, try logging on with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to see if this makes a difference. Sometimes, certain default browser settings can block view ability.
3. Try watching the online class on a different device. For instance, if you were watching from a work desktop, try switching to your tablet or phone to see if this makes a difference. Sometimes, certain default device settings can block view ability.
4. We host our video lessons on a web-site called Vimeo. Unfortunately, in some countries (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China to name a few), Vimeo is blocked and inaccessible. If you are in one of these countries and have purchased an online class, you may see a blank area where a tutorial video should appear. So at this point, we recommend you to use a VPN.
